The Friends of Appoquinimink Library

The Friends of Appoquinimink Library is a 501c3 non-profit organization founded in 2006 to provide library advocacy as well as volunteer and financial support to the Appoquinimink Library. The new library location which opened on June 24, 2022, was funded in part by the Friends, having raised $732,000 to supplement funding from city, county and state governments.
